The features of the MSI Immerse GH61
This new headset retains the design of the GH60 but offers significant improvements: the component quality is better and the design is more refined. It doesn't feature LEDs but boasts a rather aggressive look.
40 mm Hi-Res drivers manufactured by ONKYO (a renowned Japanese HiFi equipment manufacturer) and ideally reproduce sounds from 20 to 40 kHz. Hi-Res means that the headphones are capable of faithfully reproducing sound with a sampling rate higher than 44.1 kHz or a 16-bit audio depth.
The advantages of the MSI Immerse GH61
The headset produces unidirectional sound at 107 dB SPL (Speaker Sensitivity). It can be controlled by Nahimic, a technology already recognized for its 3D sound customization capabilities. It delivers excellent sound quality and can compete with the best headsets on the market, such as the Steelseries Arctis Pro, Logitech Pro X, Asus ROG Strix Fusion 500, and HyperX Cloud II.
The microphone records sound from 100 Hz to 10 kHz and has an impedance of less than 2.2 kΩ with a sensitivity of -38 dB. The headset includes a control box that allows you to adjust the volume, mute the microphone, and select the connection type: USB/Jack. The box measures 210 mm x 185 mm x 100 mm and weighs 1.2 kg. The headset itself weighs 300 g .
The box contains two types of interchangeable ear pads, to be used according to the user's preference (fabric or leather), and a carrying case. The MSI Immerse GH61 headphones cost €90 and are available on the MSI website.
