1. Block all persistent spam
Gmail gives you the ability to easily block individual senders who are spamming your inbox with messages commonly known as “ Spam ”.

Step 1: Click on the small padlock at the bottom of the compose window
Step 2: Set the expiration time for the message you want to send
Please note that it is worth it to activate this mode on all messages that you do not want to be disclosed. In fact, only the recipient will be able to read the content of the message. It may be able to see the expiration date you added, but will not have the option to copy or save the message.
4. Permanently clean cached offline data
In its quest to provide better services to its customers, Google has integrated the offline option in Gmail. The latter therefore works when you have a problem with your internet connection. However, this is not such a good thing especially for your privacy.
Indeed, even without an internet connection, anyone who has an idea of what they are looking for can obtain it thanks to Gmail's local cache, especially if they have direct access to your computer. If you're using a device shared by family, friends, or colleagues, make sure this data is permanently deleted after you log out.

Step 1: Click the gear icon (in the right corner) on the inbox interface
Step 2: Then click on << See all Settings >> and << Offline >>
Step 3: Check the " Delete offline data from my computer " box next to the " Security "
