The PS5 is now out of stock, in fact, during the week following its release, the PS5 sold nearly 10 million consoles. This figure is a record if we put it in parallel with the PS4 which took almost a month before selling the same quantity of consoles.
According to the Sony company, the stock shortage is likely to last, because it will not be until 2022 or even 2023 that we will see a new order arrive. This stock shortage is general, and even Switzerland is not immune to it.

The first solution to one day having the possibility of holding a PS5 in your hands is to pre-order. By doing this, you make sure you don't miss the next console release! However, to have this service, you will have to go to a specialized store.

For these stores, you will need to call or email them to pre-order.
You can also go to sites offering a “stock alert”. So you have the Fnac site which offers one, but also the Micromania and Darty.com sites. Unfortunately, these sites (except Fnac) are located in France. Therefore, you will either have to travel or pay transport costs, so don't forget to budget a little extra. In addition, install the applications of these stores on your smartphone to be sure, wherever you are, of having access to the stock alert.
So, with these sites, all you have to do is pre-order or wait for a stock alert until Sony finally decides to release new consoles...
But look on the bright side, when the new generation of PS5 comes out, you will be dealing with better quality consoles since the bugs will have been fixed.

If you can't bear to wait and want to own the new Playstation 5 right away, then you will have to break the bank and buy a console in stock. And of course, who says stock console, says more expensive console. But also, a higher risk of scam.
However, if you are ready to take this risk, we will give you some tips on how to find good deals. Obviously, you will have to do a lot of research and check with the reseller about the quality of the product.

In addition, to have an advantage over other customers, create a PayPal account so that you do not waste too much time when paying when ordering. Finally, last tip, leave your PS5 in your basket, so all you have to do is pay directly with your PayPal account.
In any case, it's up to you to choose between waiting and buying stocks now, as long as they are not still overpriced worn-out consoles!
