AMD has just released drivers version 20.11.1 for Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition . These drivers support popular titles such as Godfall, DIRT 5, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Assassin's Creed Valhalla etc. With the updated drivers, AMD announces a performance increase of around 7% based on an RX 5700 XT card.

Software Adrenalin allows you to take advantage of the capabilities of your Radeon graphics card and maximize its performance. Several interesting features are integrated into this software, including the Radeon boost . With this feature enabled, automatic adjustments are made to improve performance. The image resolution is automatically reduced, for example in fast-moving scenes. Performance is thus increased with a performance gain of around 23%. The new Radeon Adrenalin 20.11.1 driver increases performance by approximately 7% on the Godfall title according to tests carried out by AMD internally with the Radeon RX 5700 XT . The resolution is also improved and we can display more details compared to the previous version 20.10.1. It has 3 known minor bugs that you can easily work around if necessary. If a black screen appeared when enhanced sync is enabled on some games, you should temporarily disable this feature. Performance reporting may confuse certain parameters which will display an abnormally high work frequency when inactive. This bug is mainly observed on the Radeon RX 5700. And finally, modifying the slider in the HDMI setting can lock the frequency at 30 FPS.
