Brave Talk: the new feature of the Brave browser
Since Brave's initial release date of January 20, 2016, more than 36 million people have used it to navigate. This is not the result of chance, since the browser continues to improve its functionalities and extend its services.

Brave Talk: what do you need to know?
After announcing its intention to launch such a tool for more than a year, the publisher has officially deployed it in its latest version of the browser . Although the feature was originally going to be called Brave Together, the publisher ultimately chose to call it Brave Talk.
Furthermore, for the development of Brave Talk, the publisher used the Jitsi Meet application. For your information, Jitsi Meet represents an open source solution that supports end-to-end encrypted calls.
The functionality is built directly into the browser and no additional apps or downloads are required. To use this tool, simply open your desktop browser (Brave) and click on the small camera icon in the new tab to navigate to the correct page.

Brave Talk is available in free and premium versions
We inform you that Brave Talk offers two different offers.
- The first, free, allows you to make one-on-one calls, with an unlimited number and duration of calls (which is not possible, for example, with Zoom regarding the duration of calls). However, be aware that this version is limited in its entirety and to use it, you will need to activate the Brave Rewards virtual currency in the browser. In addition, this version only allows calls to two users.
- As for the second, it is Brave Talk Premium, which costs $7 per month , and which allows you to record calls, mute certain participants or even launch group calls… By opting for This version, Brave Talk is no longer limited and pre-embeds all the features natively provided by Jitsi Meet.
